Antique roses embroidered on black silk satin – the piece was unfinished – with a couple of leaves and petals to complete. Luckily, I found some silks that matched the era exactly and was able to complete the ring. There would have been another border but the design has worn away and still shows faintly.
The cushion was made with a salmon pink wool piping and a brown wool twill back – with back zipper.
Dry cleaning is advisable.
